Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction
At Sweet Home Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, fit your space, or align with your decor. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is new and unused.
Important Notes:
- Some vendors are excluded from our return policy. Exceptions are noted on the product page.
- Custom orders, including items with selected fabrics or colors, are non-refundable.
- Bedding and linens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Since we ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, contacting us ensures you receive the correct return address.
Return Conditions:
- All returns are subject to round-trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with "Free Shipping," outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which is waived if the return is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, or a store credit is issued. Round-trip shipping charges still apply.
- Returned items must be in their original boxes and unassembled. Assembled items cannot be returned but may still qualify for an exchange.
- Custom order products are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders for custom items can only be canceled before production begins.
- Orders for stocked items must be canceled prior to shipping.
- If delivery is refused after shipping, the purchase will be subject to this Return Policy and any specific manufacturer rules (see the product page or contact us for details).
How to Return a Purchase
To return a purchase:
- Contact us with your original order number, product(s) you want to return, and your name.
- We will provide an RMA Number, return address, and additional instructions.
- Pack the product carefully in its original condition and packaging.
- Ship the product using your preferred method to the return address provided. Returns sent to administrative offices cannot be accepted.
- Save your return tracking number and email it to us.
Please Note:
- Refund processing may take time due to various steps, some of which are beyond our control.
- Do not initiate a credit card chargeback while waiting for your refund to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged & Missing Parts
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to minimize damage. If you receive a damaged item or notice missing parts, please notify us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, at no extra charge.
For Truck Freight Deliveries:
- If a package looks damaged, write "Package Damaged" when signing for delivery, even if the damage seems minor.
- If the damage is significant, you may refuse delivery. Please notify us if you refuse delivery so we can anticipate the return and send a replacement.
- If damage is discovered after acceptance, do not discard the packaging. Contact us right away.
In Case of Manufacturer Defects:
We can replace defective parts or, if necessary, the entire unit. If a replacement is not possible, the item may be returned under our Return Policy.
