Do you deliver outside Massachusetts?

We deliver locally throughout Massachusetts and most of New England — Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, parts of Maine and Vermont. For delivery outside the region, contact us at hello@sweethomefurniture.com for a custom quote.

Is delivery free?

Yes — we offer free local delivery throughout Massachusetts on orders $399 or more. White-glove delivery and assembly is also available for an additional fee.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order or special-order pieces can take 4–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer. We confirm an exact ETA when your order is placed.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we offer 0% APR financing through Affirm and lease-to-own through Snap Finance with no credit needed. Apply online or in-store and get an instant decision.

Can I see the furniture before I buy?

Absolutely. Visit our Framingham showroom at 145 Concord St or our Saugus showroom at 1277 Broadway to see, sit, and feel each piece in person. Bilingual sales associates are available for English, Português and Español.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders, mattresses and clearance items are final sale. See our full return policy for details.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes — we offer professional assembly through our white-glove delivery service. Most large items (beds, dining sets, sectionals) can be delivered fully assembled.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email. For local Massachusetts deliveries, our team will call you to schedule a 2-hour delivery window.

Do you sell mattresses?

Yes — we carry our exclusive Sweet Sleep mattress line as well as quality brand-name mattresses. Visit either showroom to test before you buy.

Can I see a piece in person before buying?

Of course — that's what showrooms are for. Visit us in Framingham or Saugus to sit on the sofa, feel the fabric, open the drawers. Our team can also pull stock or special-order pieces for you to see.

What if it doesn't fit through my doorway?

Tell us your doorway, hallway and stairwell measurements before you order — we'll flag anything risky and recommend pieces that fit. Our white-glove team also disassembles and reassembles most large pieces on site.
